Junior Secretarial Position

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to learn all the functions in running an office.


Only candidates who want to become a career legal secretary will be considered for the role.


Duties include

  • Diary Management

  • Copy and audio typing

  • Phone and correspondence handling

  • Liaise with clients

  • Managing client files, Opening files, preparing briefs, etc.

Minimum Requirements

  • Eager and willing to learn and progress within the role

  • Secretarial training

  • Dictaphone typing, 60 WPM,

  • Education to Leaving Certificate level

  • English as first language
