Only candidates who want to become a career legal secretary will be considered for the role.
Duties include

Diary Management
-
Copy and audio typing

Phone and correspondence handling

Liaise with clients
-
Managing client files, Opening files, preparing briefs, etc.

Minimum Requirements
-
Eager and willing to learn and progress within the role
-
Secretarial training
-
Dictaphone typing, 60 WPM,
-
Education to Leaving Certificate level
-
English as first language
