Noreen Maguire Princiap Maguire Muldoon Solicitors
​​Noreen Maguire, MA, Solicitor
Partner

 

Noreen is from Dublin and is married with four children. She graduated from University College Dublin with a Master’s Degree in 1993 and qualified as a Solicitor in 1998. She also has a Diploma in E-Commerce from the Law Society of Ireland.  


As an Associate Solicitor with Finbar Cahill & Company, Noreen established the firm’s first Family Law department and has built a reputation for herself as a Family Law expert. She is also a fully-trained Collaborative Lawyer and is a member of the Association of Collaborative Practitioners. 


Noreen tutors for the Law Society of Ireland Solicitor Training Courses in Family Law, Employment Law and Civil Litigation. She lectures on the Law Society’s Diploma in Human Rights. 

Noreen is also a member of the Family Law Committee of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association. 


Noreen has volunteered with FLAC (Free Legal Advice Centre) for over fifteen years. She has given interviews on FLAC’s behalf for radio and print media and continues to support the organisation. 


Maguire Muldoon Solicitors was one of the first legal firms in Ireland to join PILA (Public Interest Law Alliance) which facilitates and promotes the use of law in the public interest for the advancement and protection of human rights and for the benefit of marginalised and disadvantaged people through litigation, law reform and legal education. Noreen is a member of the PILA Pro Bono Round Table which seeks to promote and support pro bono legal work in Irish law firms.  

​​Colin Muldoon, BSc Eng, Solicitor

Colin Muldoon graduated from the Dublin Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering in 1995 and has over 19 years’ experience working in process engineering, IT, project management and sales in the pharmaceutical, dairy and brewing industries. 


Colin qualified as a solicitor in 2017. 


Colin specialises in company, contract, and commercial law. Building on his own industry expertise and know-how, Colin offers Maguire Muldoon Solicitors’ commercial and corporate clients a pragmatic and commercially-aware approach to business legal services, including business agreements, intellectual property and copyright advices, licences and franchise agreements, and company shareholder and management agreements. 

In his spare time he plays water polo to keep fit and sea swims (in the summer months)

​​Frank Friel, Solicitor

Frank began his studies in RCSI before transferring to the Law Society where he completed his legal studies. Frank was admitted to the roll of solicitors in 1977.

 

Frank was a partner in Fitzpatrick & Co. Solicitors (now Maples and Calder) before starting his own firm at Frank Friel & Co. Solicitors on Bird Avenue. Frank Friel & Co. Solicitors was a trusted provider of legal services in the Clonskeagh area for 37 years, and Maguire Muldoon Solicitors was delighted to welcome Frank to our team in 2023.


Frank specialises in Property Law, Probate, and Succession Law, and is a keen sailor and art enthusiast in his spare time.

​​Lisa Sheerin, BA Hons, Senior Legal Assistant

Lisa graduated from Dublin City University in 2019 with an Honours degree in Applied Languages and Translation Studies. Having studied and worked abroad in Paris and Barcelona, she subsequently worked as a freelance translator from German, Spanish, and French into English, before joining Maguire Muldoon Solicitors in 2020.

 

 

Lisa primarily works in the Conveyancing and Family Law departments of Maguire Muldoon Solicitors. In her spare time, she is an avid reader and enjoys hiking.
